📋 Description
• Refactor and scale existing chargeback and dispute handling flows written in Ruby • Integrate with external APIs from Visa, Mastercard, and other partners • Work with AI APIs (generative and/or machine learning) to automate analysis, decision-making, and documentation • Build resilient services to support end-to-end chargeback processes for both issuing and acquiring • Collaborate with product, data and operations teams to deeply understand business rules and pain points • Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
🎯 Requirements
• Strong Ruby/Rails experience (at least 3 years) • Experience with RESTful APIs, background jobs, and service integrations • Passion for refactoring legacy code and designing scalable solutions • Understanding of payment networks (Visa/Mastercard) and/or chargeback operations is a big plus • Familiarity with AI tools or APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Langchain, ML models) is a nice-to-have • Ownership mindset and a willingness to build from scratch
