📋 Description

• Take depositions and attend hearings and mediations as required • Draft and submit pleadings, motions, and briefs • Prepare correspondence to colleagues and clients • Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis • Draft discovery requests and responses • Review and analyze documents and materials for production • Investigate claims and prepare case handling strategies • Report to insurance carrier clients and insureds • Prepare cases for trial or mediation • Participate in trial and mediation • Support Idaho liability and insurance matters involving coverage and bad faith, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, UIM defense, premises liability, trucking/transportation claims, employment disputes, and property disputes

🎯 Requirements

• Admitted to practice in Montana, Utah, or Idaho • Civil litigation experience • Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to simultaneously handle sensitive and time-sensitive matters • Effective problem-solving skills • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
