📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership to drive sales growth, profitability, and operational performance across Home Centre and Lumber operations within the designated zone. • Coach, develop, and support Operations Advisors and Local Co-op leaders in identifying opportunities, executing action plans, and achieving business objectives. • Lead operational profitability and improvement initiatives through performance reviews, financial analysis, and implementation of sustainable growth strategies. • Collaborate with Local Co-ops and Home Office teams to share market insights, align strategic priorities, and ensure successful execution of programs, projects, and business initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Have 8+ Years of relevant progressively responsible experience in retail store operations. • Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or Commerce. (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered). • Experienced in partnering with dealer networks and providing responsive support in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
