📋 Description

• Maintaining and updating geological databases for the project • Teching of drill core • Cutting of drill core • Soil, silt and biogeochemical sampling • Assisting with geophysical surveys • Assisting the Geology team with accurate and timely data collection in all tasks completed • Assist in implementing corporate safety and operating policies • Aid in developing new corporate and operating policies when instances present themselves • Help in all miscellaneous jobs as required during exploration

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as an Exploration Technician or similar role in the exploration industry is considered an asset, but not required. • A passion to learn new skills. • Strong interpersonal, communication, time-management skills and be self-motivated. • A positive and adaptable attitude to an ever-changing high demand work environment. • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite is considered an asset. • Ability to lift and move core boxes/sample bags weighing up to 50 lbs. • Legally entitled to work in Canada. • Valid driver’s licence. • Availability to work rotations up to 28 days in length and live in a camp environment at remote project sites.
