📋 Description

• Lead the Delivery capability for a portfolio of clients and/or a major account • Set strategic direction for delivery and ensure portfolio health, growth, and performance • Manage and mentor Delivery employees from Associates through Senior Directors • Cultivate product and digital transformation expertise across the team • Serve as a senior escalation point for clients and internal leadership • Oversee delivery excellence across client portfolios and major accounts • Lead and delegate business reviews of scopes; review budgets and contracts • Define and drive resolution paths for account and project issues • Connect with clients in steering and escalation capacities, supporting issue resolution and account growth • Partner with Resource Management and Recruiting on project staffing and future staffing needs • Partner with Client Engagement and Business Development to meet growth targets and identify investment opportunities • Evaluate project health weekly with portfolio leadership and account/project leads • Develop and lead team training, performance reviews, and growth plans • Participate in new business pitches and rationalize staffing, delegation, budget, and scope plans • Identify and drive process and tooling improvements, including AI-enabled innovation • Champion the Delivery discipline and lead change and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of program/delivery management experience, with deep expertise in product and digital transformation delivery • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and grow product and digital transformation expertise across a team • Change-agent mindset and history of driving process and tooling improvements at a department or agency level • Experience leveraging AI to accelerate work and drive innovation • Proven experience owning scope, estimation, and budget integrity for complex, high-value engagements • Experience serving as a trusted escalation point for clients and senior internal stakeholders • Strong financial acumen, including revenue planning, investment decisions, and account health • Experience managing, mentoring, and developing Delivery team members from Associates to Senior Directors • Experience owning performance reviews and growth planning • Understanding of different project management methodologies and ability to adapt approaches • Strong technical acumen and ability to translate technical complexity into actionable delivery plans • Exceptional interpersonal skills, clear communication, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder influence • Experience contributing to new business pitches • Ability to work in the United States, as indicated by the role title and US location
