📋 Description

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget • Define project plans, schedules, and milestones, ensuring alignment with business objectives • Act as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, development teams, and Adobe consultants • Manage and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and constraints to ensure smooth execution • Track project progress, report key performance indicators (KPIs), and communicate updates to stakeholders • Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables • Oversee resource allocation and team coordination to optimize project efficiency • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming • Ensure compliance with best practices, governance policies, and industry regulations (GDPR, CCPA)

🎯 Requirements

• Strong expertise in Managing Adobe Experience Cloud projects, including AEM, AEP (CDP, CJA), Workfront, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target • Proven expertise in delivering MarTech, CMS, and data-driven marketing solutions for enterprise clients • Prior agency/services experience • Proven experience managing a team across different timezones • Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate across business and technical teams • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage risks, and drive cross-functional teams toward successful project delivery • Experience managing project budgets and optimizing resource allocation
