📋 Description

• Execute high-volume outbound sourcing across multiple active requisitions simultaneously • Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and AI-assisted sourcing workflows • Craft personalized outreach messaging that converts passive talent • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to translate ambiguous role requirements into targeted search strategies • Identify and flag process gaps; contribute to sourcing-related employer branding initiatives (up to 1 day/week) • Track and report sourcing metrics to demonstrate pipeline health and activity

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or internship counts) • Active, self-directed use of AI tools in sourcing workflows (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or similar) • LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency • Strong written communication for candidate outreach • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities • Genuine connection to CodePath's mission to transform computer science education. • Experience sourcing for technical or niche roles (preferred) • Gem and Greenhouse experience (preferred) • Experience working in startup or high-growth environments (under 200 people) (preferred) • Ability to pick up technical concepts quickly (GitHub, BigQuery, etc.) (preferred)
