📋 Description

• Label and rank machine-learning data in German • Audit and correct language data, including text, images, JSON, TSV/CSV, and Markdown • Complete reading and text-based assignments • Evaluate German responses against project guidelines • Recommend improvements to German-language data quality and model performance • Provide feedback to cross-functional team members on German-language matters • Perform repetitive, precise, detail-oriented annotation tasks • Complete the candidate journey: resume and writing-sample screening, virtual annotation test, video screen, and independent contractor agreement

🎯 Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in German • Excellent command of English • Expert reading and writing skills, demonstrated through a written test • Basic familiarity with JSON, TSV, CSV, and Markdown data manipulation • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • High tolerance for repetitive and monotonous work • Ability to follow complex instructions, navigate ambiguity, and work independently • Strong sense of urgency and time management • Curiosity about technology and creative problem-solving ability • Reliable laptop/desktop; role is BYOD • Availability for a minimum of 16 hours per week • Must be located in Canada • Must be legally entitled to work in the indicated country • Willingness to review potentially NSFW, explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content • 12-month independent contractor engagement
