📋 Description

• Work with a small, talented and enthusiastic team of software engineers. • Contribute to user-facing products by crafting code for browsers and servers. • Collaborate and grow with engineering colleagues through pairing sessions, architectural designs, documentation, and talks. • Identify and remove roadblocks to increase engineering velocity. • Build resilient, mission-critical systems. • Keep up with cutting-edge technology and adopt new technologies to improve performance and reliability. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including annotators, ML researchers, product managers, and more.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience shipping products with a large number of stakeholders. • Comfortable with the front and back end of the stack. • Previous experience with Next.js, TypeScript, React, and Python. • Hands-on experience with complex SQL queries. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to take complex needs and goals and develop easy-to-understand explanations for all audiences. • Excited to add new technologies to your toolbox and use them where it makes sense. • Excited about AI and motivated to scale a company.
