📋 Description

• Own and evolve smart contracts that mint, burn, and safeguard custom stablecoin supply • Build and scale backend services for onboarding, issuance, reserve accounting, and rewards distribution • Partner with product, design, and technology leads to deliver the stablecoin roadmap • Drive architectural decisions across backend and smart contract systems • Write high-quality, well-tested code and improve operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience designing, building, and operating production backend services • Production experience writing, testing, and deploying smart contracts using Solidity or similar EVM languages • Experience owning services end to end and composing service-oriented architecture at scale • Working knowledge of onchain security and correctness, including audits, upgradeability, access control, and key management • Familiarity with Golang and onchain fundamentals such as Ethereum or similar platforms • Direct DeFi or stablecoin infrastructure experience preferred • Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight • Ability to work in the USA
