📋 Description

• Turn finalized storyboards and scripts into polished, engaging video assets • Collaborate with the CMO, product marketing, and design to review, challenge, and refine storyboards • Design and animate product marketing videos showcasing CoLab’s capabilities • Create high-volume, short-form demand-generation and social videos • Animate or enhance product workflows using motion design to direct viewer focus and improve comprehension • Curate audio, voiceover, and visual assets aligned with CoLab’s brand and tone • Manage projects from storyboard handoff through final delivery on a fast, iterative schedule with minimal oversight • Produce product marketing animations, demand-generation/social videos, and brand-centric videos • Publish one animated product marketing video monthly and at least three short-form clips per quarter initially, scaling to two animations monthly and eventually one per week

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a motion design, animation, or multimedia production role, ideally in a B2B tech or SaaS environment • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, primarily After Effects and Premiere Pro • Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator • Familiarity with Figma, Blender, and screen-recording software • Compelling motion design and video editing portfolio demonstrating product explainers, UI animations, and polished brand-focused content • Ability to translate technical workflows into digestible, visually compelling animated formats • Strong knowledge of brand design and ability to work within strict brand guidelines and established design systems • Understanding of audio, including music, voiceover, and sound design • Bonus: experience with 3D animation, Lottie, or engineering-related software
