• Convert opportunities generated by our SDRs into active customers • Conduct product demos • Support prospects through their trial period and maximize product adoption • Lead negotiation phases • Close as many accounts as possible and achieve your sales targets • Manage your pipeline in the CRM and track your performance • Work closely with the founding team to continuously improve the product and the sales process • Contribute to our expansion into new European markets.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales • Strong commercial drive • Excellent communication skills, autonomy, and rigor • Existing network, knowledge of, or affinity with the recruitment industry is a strong plus
