📋 Description

• Work directly with execution and support teams on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing assignments • Perform financial analysis and modeling • Conduct company and industry research • Participate in developing client presentations • Interact with senior bankers and clients • Produce marketing documentation, transaction models, competitive analyses, and valuation analyses

🎯 Requirements

• Junior or Senior standing at a US or Canadian university • GPA of 3.5 or above • Strong academic record from a leading undergraduate program • Demonstrated ability to write marketing documentation • Transaction modeling experience • Company and industry research skills • Competitive analysis skills • Valuation analysis skills • Financial modeling experience in Excel • Basic or better PowerPoint skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Self-driven and detail-oriented • Able to produce large amounts of high-quality work products in a short period • Entrepreneurial streak • Work authorization in the US • Able to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week • Able to work in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
