📋 Description

• Support the planning and implementation of assigned audit projects and related compliance activities • Collect, transform, analyze, and report audit data to support meaningful outcomes and decision-making • Support documentation reviews, data analytics, audit monitoring, and identification of trends or opportunities for improvement • Collaborate with teams to communicate audit findings, provide education, and support Process Improvement Plans • Develop, evaluate, and maintain audit tools and data reporting/visualization resources • Monitor data for meaningful signals and trends and translate findings into actionable insights • Maintain working knowledge of audit processes, regulatory requirements, EHR systems, and data extraction tools • Partner with department leadership and directors to support effective data management, reporting, and continuous improvement • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s Degree required • At least two (2) years computer applications experience required • Knowledge of data extraction from electronic health records and relational databases required • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Moderate understanding of statistical data application required • Excellent speaking, writing and teaching skills required • Ability to analyze large amounts of data to identify trends required
