📋 Description

• Sell digital modems and RF solutions, including amplifiers, converters, and LNAs, to customers across North America • Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and meet sales targets • Engage directly with customers to understand needs, recommend products, quote, and close sales • Identify and pursue new business opportunities • Nurture and grow relationships with existing accounts • Set sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends • Report sales activities, progress, and forecasts in Salesforce and to company leadership • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Marketing to coordinate and represent customer needs • Support travel and online meetings as required to meet objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within digital technology and RF solutions • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to develop account plans and implement effective sales strategies • Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently • 10+ years of technical sales or business development experience • Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience in sales or technology products is a plus • Must comply with Comtech’s Drug-Free Workplace Program • Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening as a condition of hire • May be subject to random, reasonable suspicion, and post-incident testing • Illegal drug use, including marijuana regardless of state law, is disqualifying under federal adjudicative guidelines and DoD DFARS requirements
