📋 Description

• Monitor provider coverage and capacity within the assigned territory and identify any coverage gaps • Prospect and recruit providers with expertise across various home renovation trades and identify those who meet compliance requirements and align with the overall strategy • Manage recruitment needs and hand off approved providers to the compliance team for onboarding and activation • Support compliance specialists in provider selection throughout the application and activation process • Manage provider performance by training, coaching, influencing, and holding accountable contractors of varying sizes and levels of sophistication to Confident Remodels processes and standards • Review KPIs and activity reports to identify performance improvement opportunities, and collaborate with the National Account Manager as needed to develop and implement concrete action plans • Conduct monthly business reviews with providers to discuss best practices and improvement opportunities • Coordinate store visits to meet lead generators and store management, and to cultivate relationships • Identify, document, and share best practices for lead generation, sales, installation, and service • Find ways to streamline processes for automation or increased efficiency, both internally and for our external partners • Communicate and implement new initiatives, programs, and policies in the field • Assist in resolving service issues • Perform other duties as required.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 3+ years of experience in retail or related fields • Bilingual in French and English • Strong business acumen with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence • Good judgment and strong problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization, including senior leadership • Exceptional organizational skills • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and strong attention to detail • Self-motivated, independent, and able to thrive in a remote work environment • Highly organized, excellent time-management skills, and proven ability to meet deadlines • Comfortable with computer tools, including Microsoft Office and other software • Ability to adapt to changing or multiple priorities • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
