• Identify and connect with potential creators across social media platforms based on campaign requirements and brand alignments. • Conduct initial outreach to gauge interest and provide an overview of the benefits of joining the Kalakaaar network. • Guide creators through the onboarding process, from initial contact to account setup and profile completion. • Collect and verify necessary documentation and content from creators. • Assess creators based on key criteria such as content quality, audience engagement, niche relevance, and brand fit. • Maintain strong communication with creators to ensure a positive onboarding experience. • Accurately maintain records of onboarding activities, creator profiles, and relevant agreements in the CRM system. • Track onboarding metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• 1-3 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field. • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and influencer dynamics. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Familiarity with CRM systems or influencer management tools is a plus.
