One Data Streaming Platform. • About the Role: As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for the Confluent sales team. This position lays the foundation for a successful high tech sales career. There is a clear career growth path within Confluent for the right candidate that is willing to learn, work hard, and succeed. • What You Will Do: Work with top enterprise and commercial accounts in your assigned territory; Qualify & convert inbound leads into opportunities for our sales teams; Direct prospect engagement through a multi-threaded approach that prioritizes calling, as well as utilizing email and LinkedIn communication; Initial prospect discovery and qualification before passing off to sales; Join a structured sales training program with clear milestones, and a career progression plan for strong performers • Ready to build what's next?
