• Provide senior leadership and strategic direction for a cross-functional team responsible for the implementation and advancement of digital platforms. • Ensure that digital experiences are intuitive, accessible, engaging, measurable, and aligned with organizational impact. • Guide workforce planning and build a high performing business unit to support digital initiatives. • Set the enterprise product vision and roadmap for all digital platforms. • Oversee complex digital implementation ensuring platforms are user-focused and aligned with strong design principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Information Systems, Learning Experience Design, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 7–10 years of progressive experience in digital strategy. • Strong expertise in digital platforms, including Salesforce, content management systems such as WordPress and/or Drupal. • Deep expertise in UX/UI strategy, public-facing website governance, digital product management, and learning experience design. • Verbal and written fluency in English are required. French language skills are a strong asset.
