In realizing its vision, “To Become an ICT Hub that Transcends National Boundaries,” ICTC promotes international cooperation and information exchange among next generation ICT industry leaders by pursuing three key mission areas:

📋 Description

• Connect between industry, innovation ecosystems, and workforce development initiatives • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with Ontario-based companies • Develop and implement business growth strategies • Liaise with businesses for ICTC program satisfaction • Lead negotiations and secure beneficial contracts • Provide updates on business development and performance metrics • Guide technology adoption and talent development

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent • 3+ years of relevant experience in the technology sector • Sales mindset and experience in business development, sales, or account management in Ontario • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business targets • Strong industry network and understanding of Ontario's business landscape • Relationship building with senior stakeholders and key industry influencers • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills • Excellent analytical skills • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Strategic thinking with practical execution ability • Project management and stakeholder coordination experience • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite • Fully bilingual in French and English is required.
