📋 Description

• Provide superior customer service to the Account Manager and customer during the order fulfillment process and servicing • Act as a support resource for day-to-day transactions, enabling the Account Manager to expand their business • Proactively follow up on open orders and customer service issues to minimize problem orders and resolve issues • Handle incoming calls and assist on calls as needed • Prepare and follow up on orders to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
