🎯 Requirements

•8+ years in people leadership roles (e.g., Chief People Officer, VP of People, Head of Talent, Director of People & Culture) •Experience building and scaling HR/talent strategies in dynamic, high-growth organizations •Skilled at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution •Values-driven, growth-oriented, and passionate about nurturing both people and culture •Your life demonstrates commitment to personal development, self-awareness, and understanding others •Interested in a deeper integration between your personal and professional development
