• Lead the design of comprehensive Field Service Management solutions for utilities and energy clients • Develop architectural blueprints covering system integrations, data flows, and technical specifications • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry standards and best practices • Provide technical guidance during FSM implementation and ensure adherence to designs and timelines • Collaborate with developers, project managers, business analysts, and other cross-functional teams • Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to inform solution strategies • Engage clients to understand business processes, requirements, and challenges • Translate client needs into functional and technical requirements • Present architectural solutions and design decisions to clients • Recruit, mentor, and develop technical professionals • Define team roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations • Establish best practices for solution design, coding standards, and system integrations • Conduct code and design reviews • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance solution delivery
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field • Minimum of 10 years of experience implementing Field Service Management or similar solutions • Significant experience in the utilities and energy industries • Proven experience leading complex FSM implementations and integrating ERP, CRM, CIS, BI, and data warehouse systems • Experience developing web-based business applications using XML, JSON, HTML5, AngularJS, or similar technologies • Experience with cloud-based FSM platforms such as Salesforce Field Service, Oracle Field Service, ServiceNow FSM, or Click • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud architectures • Experience designing and developing integrations using SOAP and REST web services • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models, including backlog management and iterative delivery • Strong understanding of utility operations, asset management, and regulatory compliance • Demonstrated team-building and leadership experience • Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management • Technical proficiency in FSM software platforms, system integration, and data analytics • Ability to travel to domestic and/or international client sites as required • Consulting and client-facing experience preferred • Familiarity with GIS integration and mobile workforce management preferred • Knowledge of IoT, AI, and machine learning as applied to FSM preferred • Professional certifications in solution architecture or relevant technical areas preferred • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Employer is unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of employment visas
