📋 Description

• Identify Varian Professional Services and Clinical Services needed to improve clinical, operational, financial, and customer/patient experiences for customer accounts • Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts and help develop new accounts • Develop account penetration strategies for key target accounts • Provide management with quarterly progress reports • Partner with Sales to develop and maintain relationships with clinical, administrative, and C-suite buying influences • Maintain knowledge of accounts’ current and long-term challenges and goals • Inform management and Sales colleagues about opportunities, plan changes, objectives, and buying influences • Confirm quoted technologies and software licensing address customer objectives • Develop Scopes of Work detailing Professional Services deployment and timelines • Work with Sales to quote Professional Services and Clinical Services and drive opportunities to close • Complete LMS training specific to assigned responsibilities • Obtain and maintain vendor credentialing required for full client-site access

🎯 Requirements

• Clinical background, such as RT(T), RN, CMD, or PhD • Minimum five years of managerial experience in healthcare administration • Experience in oncology operations, such as radiation oncology or medical oncology • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 75% on average • Ability, competence, and confidence to lead people • Effective interpersonal skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with HCM software such as Workday, or an equivalent ERP and productivity software • Passion for client service and relationship building • Knowledge of Varian solutions and oncology operations and business • Understanding of different business models and ability to combine complex technologies to create customer value • Ability to work in matrixed and unstructured environments • Strong multimode communication skills across organizational levels • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a track record of collaboration and consensus building • Healthcare finance knowledge, including basic organizational P&L • Leadership experience in clinical operations driving strategic and business planning and financial and operational performance • Must complete the LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibilities • Must meet vendor credentialing requirements for full VMS client-site access, unless prohibited by law • Vendor credentialing may require valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screens, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training • Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
