📋 Description

• Provide non-medical, in-home care services, including companionship, homemaking, and personal care • Provide caring and dependable companionship • Perform light housekeeping and laundry • Prepare meals and snacks • Assist with activities of daily living and personal hygiene, including dressing, eating, bathing, and toileting • Transport clients to and from appointments and activities • Carry out a Care Plan and client-specific tasks • Create compassionate and supportive solutions for clients’ unique needs in collaboration with the Home Helpers team and clients’ families • Provide attendant care services involving direct, hands-on care for functional activities of daily living • Provide home and community assistance for instrumental activities of daily living • Provide non-medical transportation according to the service plan and participant’s needs

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a passion for caring for those in need • Caregiving experience is preferred, but not required • At least 18 years of age • Have compassion for our clients, including seniors and/or those with disabilities • Must be a good communicator • Must be able to follow and complete a list of tasks within a given time period • Must be punctual and dependable • Must be self-motivated and have a professional, pleasant, positive, and helpful disposition • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor • Hold a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record • Have a smart phone and email account • Pass a drug screen and background check • Willing to take a TB test
