📋 Description
• Work closely with business leaders to develop and drive contracting strategies • Draft, review, and negotiate strategic partnership agreements and related transaction documents • Play a lead role in advising internal stakeholders on contract interpretation • Maintain contract databases and tracking systems for vendor and strategic partner relationships • Prepare legal summaries and risk assessments on contract terms and key provisions
🎯 Requirements
• Law school degree (JD) and active bar membership • 8-10 years of experience gained in-house or at large law firm • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex agreements • Prior experience in M&A, corporate development, or complex deal structuring preferred
