📋 Description

• Develop, edit, and manage presentations, dashboards, and briefing materials for leadership meetings, forums, and strategic projects • Produce executive-ready presentations and reports requiring minimal revision • Translate complex operational and financial information into concise summaries and reports • Draft and manage internal communications for the leadership team, including firmwide messaging and communications to senior stakeholders • Track projects, actions, deadlines, commitments, and open issues • Flag delays, dependencies, risks, and items requiring escalation • Coordinate updates across stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information flow • Provide project-management support for strategic firm projects, including milestone tracking, tracker management, status reporting, and risk and dependency identification • Translate strategic projects into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes • Triage priorities and manage competing demands for the leadership team • Lead change management efforts, including stakeholder alignment, communication planning, and adoption tracking • Maintain visibility into performance metrics and progress against priorities • Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Build and maintain reporting tools and dashboards • Own agenda development, pre-read preparation, and PowerPoint content for leadership meetings, annual offsite, and Town Halls • Capture and distribute meeting notes with ownership and next steps • Standardize operating rhythms, templates, and reporting formats • Coordinate leadership requests, information needs, and updates across teams • Build and maintain working relationships with leaders and stakeholders at TMG and throughout Council Advisors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) a plus • 6–8 years of experience in strategic initiatives, strategy consulting, or executive projects in a high-performance professional services setting such as consulting, investment banking, PE, corporate strategy, or a similarly rigorous, fast-paced environment • Demonstrated success collaborating directly with senior executives and driving cross-functional initiatives • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including executive-level presentation development and data analysis • Expertise in producing status reports, program updates, and executive dashboards • Exceptional judgment and ability to make sound decisions • Ability to operate in ambiguity, incomplete information, and evolving priorities • Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and resilience when handling sensitive information and stakeholder interactions • Proven record of project management, tracking, prioritization, and follow-through • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously • Self-starter mentality with a bias toward action and continuous improvement • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling in PowerPoint • Ability to translate complex or ambiguous information into clear, concise, and actionable guidance • Ability to write and edit executive-level communications • Ability to synthesize complex issues into clear options, insights, and actionable recommendations • Exceptional understanding of business operations, performance metrics, and financial concepts • Strong EQ, executive presence, and stakeholder credibility • Ability to influence without authority and build strong, trust-based relationships across all levels of the organization
