📋 Description

• Establish robust partnerships with customers and colleagues, guiding them towards their goals for a successful and timely implementation. • Take the lead in all implementation phases, from mobilization to deployment. • Lead discussions on process optimization and best practices. • Collaborate closely with Coupa services partners throughout the implementation. • Engage customers in strategic business need discussions beyond feature/function basics. • Provide technical and functional expertise, demonstrate the full Coupa platform, and tailor implementations to meet unique customer business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Highly desirable experience with Procure to Pay processes. • Proven systems applications consulting experience, either internally or externally. • Strong client management skills for successful go-live implementations, preferably in procurement, AP, and/or Expense Management. • Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and familiarity with financial accounting, customer management, and sales force automation software. • Previous senior consulting expertise with applications like Ariba, Concur, NetSuite, Basware, OB10, Salesforce.com, Workday, Great Plains, ACT, Oracle, SAP, coupled with strong communication skills.
