📋 Description

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the insurance enterprise SaaS platform • Provide technical direction and guidance on architecture and technology selection • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into cohesive solutions • Optimize platform performance to handle large datasets and high user traffic • Conduct and lead code reviews and enforce best coding practices and standards • Investigate and promptly address bugs to uphold platform reliability • Ensure security and compliance by following web security best practices and relevant regulations • Stay abreast of latest technologies and guide the team in remaining competitive and innovative • Design the platform for scalability and flexibility to accommodate evolving features • Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior developers

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience of 8+ years as a Full Stack Engineer, with a track record of leading complex SaaS applications • Minimum of 2 years in a senior or management role • Proficiency in JavaScript, Vue, .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker • Strong background in RESTful API design patterns with OpenAPI and Swagger; familiarity with API Gateways • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Practical experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) • Experience with unit, integration and function testing using front-end and back-end testing libraries • In-depth knowledge of web security best practices and compliance • Demonstrated experience in performance optimization for high-traffic web applications • Experience with container technologies like Docker and cloud infrastructure • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Passion for staying updated with latest technologies and best practices
