📋 Description

• Spearhead Crate and Barrel's strategic Warehouse Modernization initiative from initial discovery through full-scale delivery • Drive Supply Chain capabilities to position the organization for accelerated growth • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Warehouse Modernization and Transportation Modernization initiatives using agile methodologies • Monitor program progress, manage interdependencies, identify and mitigate risks, and provide status reports to stakeholders and leadership • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and make data-driven decisions • Partner with product management, engineering, and design leadership from discovery through delivery and execution • Develop and implement program management and agile best practices • Lead large cross-functional teams • Mentor program managers and agile practitioners • Facilitate complex planning sessions and problem-solving workshops • Drive continuous improvement in program execution and agile practices

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on functional experience leading or managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and broader Supply Chain Execution solutions, such as TMS, YMS, and ERP integrations • Proven track record implementing, scaling, and managing cloud-native/SaaS solutions from the software vendor or client side • Deep familiarity with SaaS release cycles and configuration models • Deep expertise in program and agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean • Strong executive communication and influencing skills • Advanced stakeholder management capabilities • Proven delivery management skills for complex programs • Ability to manage program scope, budget, timelines, and quality • Problem-solving, risk management, and dependency management skills • 8+ years of experience in a technology environment • 5+ years of experience managing complex programs or in a senior agile role • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or SAFe are a plus • Must be authorized to work in the US
