• As an Account Executive on the US‑West team, you will own the full sales cycle—from generating pipeline to closing enterprise deals. • You’ll be one of the key drivers of CrewAI’s revenue growth, working with FDEs and Customer Success focused on uncovering material pain linked to business outcomes. • Prospect, qualify, and generate enterprise opportunities in region • Lead full sales cycle: discovery, demos, POCs, negotiation, closure • Collaborate with FDEs to craft compelling proposals and POCs • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM • Understand customer technical stacks; position CrewAI vs competitors • Handle objections, contracts, pricing discussions with professionalism • Ensure smooth handoff to CS/FDEs and monitor renewals/expansion
• 6–10 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience (ideally developer tools, infra, AI/ML) • Proven track record of quota attainment; comfortable with $100k–$1M+ deals • Skilled selling to technical and business stakeholders • Excellent communicator and presenter • Resilient self‑starter thriving in high‑growth startup environments • Strong business judgment and prioritization skills
