⢠We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong background in real estate. ⢠Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales, preferably with a focus on the real estate industry. ⢠Strong understanding of the real estate market, including terminology, trends, and key stakeholders. ⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. ⢠Self-driven and highly motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. ⢠Proficiency in CRM software and sales outreach tools. ⢠Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly organized and focused on results. ⢠Experience working with real estate technology platforms (PropTech) or related solutions. ⢠A network of contacts within the real estate industry is a plus. ⢠Familiarity with real estate lead generation and nurturing strategies.
