📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact by managing inbound calls professionally, efficiently, and compassionately • Route calls to appropriate departments while minimizing rollover calls to external reception services • Assist with intake overflow, capture potential leads, and support intake operations during absences or peak demand • Assess client needs and provide referrals or resources for inquiries outside the firm’s scope • Provide calm, empathetic, and patient communication to clients navigating difficult legal situations • Use AI-driven and technology-supported workflows to improve communication, responsiveness, and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to communicate professionally, build trust quickly, and manage emotional conversations with confidence and compassion • Empathy, patience, active listening, and calmness under pressure • Strong comfort with AI tools and technology-driven workflows • Ability to think quickly, assess situations, solve problems, and route callers intelligently • Ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls and shifting priorities while maintaining professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail • Experience in law firms, medical offices, dental practices, physical therapy clinics, or other professional services environments strongly preferred • Spanish language skills strongly preferred for bilingual candidates • Desire for long-term professional development and growth into an advanced intake-focused role
