📋 Description
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 Corporate Account Executives. • Drive pipeline growth and help the team achieve revenue goals. • Provide deal support, sales coaching, and performance management. • Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue. • Partner with internal teams to improve sales execution and close rates. • Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent. • Meet with customers and prospects to understand their cybersecurity needs and demonstrate CrowdStrike’s value.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in technology, preferably SaaS or cybersecurity. • 1+ years of frontline sales management experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals. • Experience coaching sales teams and driving performance. • Salesforce experience and forecasting skills. • Strong leadership, communication, and hiring experience. • Channel sales experience preferred.
