📋 Description

• Build email and SMS campaigns in Braze, including image preparation, creative uploads, alt text, link tracking, and audience setup • Own pre-send QA, checking rendering, links, pricing, audience, and send settings • Schedule and deploy daily campaigns, progressing from support to full ownership • Convert the campaign calendar into briefs and Wrike tickets • Keep creative, copy, and audience on track before send day • Collaborate with Creative, E-commerce, and Merchandising teams • Run A/B tests on subject lines, creative, and timing • Share test learnings and recommended process changes • Use AI tools such as Claude to accelerate campaign work and improve team processes • Track open, click, and conversion rates and identify performance trends • Learn the email and SMS program from the ground up and grow into owning it • Build, QA, and schedule campaigns independently within the first three months • Run tests, contribute ideas, and own a meaningful share of the daily program within six months

🎯 Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of hands-on experience sending email campaigns in an email or CRM platform such as Klaviyo, Iterable, Customer.io, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Braze; internships, freelance work, side businesses, and student organizations count • Track record of learning tools or skills quickly independently • Experience using AI independently to build, automate, or research something outside class or assigned work • Strong attention to detail • Ability to take and apply feedback • Organized and steady under stacked deadlines, including holiday peak • Comfort with technical work and willingness to learn basic HTML for email • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Recent graduates encouraged to apply • Employment contingent on a background check, including verification of prior employment dates • Position is not open to and cannot be filled by a B.C. Resident
