📋 Description

• Support the design and build of a OneStream platform solution under the guidance of a Technical Lead • Develop and configure data integrations • Develop and configure cubes and dimension metadata • Develop and configure workflows and dashboards • Develop and configure business rules and financial calculations • Participate in client discovery sessions to gather and refine business requirements • Demonstrate system functionality and capabilities to stakeholders • Contribute to system testing documentation and execution • Contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT) • Contribute to end-user training materials and delivery • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to align with financial reporting requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret Security Clearance • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Hands-on experience or foundational knowledge in OneStream or a similar EPM/CPM platform • Hands-on experience or foundational knowledge in Microsoft VB.NET for business rule development • Hands-on experience or foundational knowledge in SQL for data querying and integration • Hands-on experience or foundational knowledge in IBM Cognos TM1 • Hands-on experience or foundational knowledge in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) • Experience supporting financial systems implementations or enhancements • Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving • Ability to work with clients to understand their needs • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Professional presence • Preferred: foundational understanding of accounting principles and financial processes • Preferred: financial and management reporting knowledge • Preferred: financial reporting standards such as GAAP and federal reporting frameworks • Preferred: experience with OneStream Financial Consolidation processes • Preferred: experience with budgeting, forecasting, or financial planning systems • Preferred: exposure to federal financial environments or ERP systems such as GFEBS, SAP, or Oracle • Preferred: ability to work in a team environment and independently • Preferred: strong customer and vendor relationship skills • Preferred: demonstrated ability to comply with data standards and policies • Preferred: motivation to learn new technologies and methodologies • Preferred: past experience working with a Federal agency • Department of War experience is a plus
