📋 Description

• Own and manage Workday for the Perseus Division globally • Collaborate with other tenant owners to collectively govern Workday • Document and maintain accurate and thorough HRIS end-user processes and procedures • Lead strategic planning for Perseus within the shared Workday tenant • Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices • Oversee configuration decisions, integrations, and enhancements for Perseus • Maintain HR data integrity within and across systems • Work closely with the Payroll Team to ensure Workday feeds accurately to Payroll • Manage reporting, dashboards and Workday analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in HR technology leadership • Proven experience managing Workday globally within a division of a multinational organization • Workday Pro certification in one or multiple HCM modules • Well versed with Workday HR subject matter functional expertise • Experience in designing and prototyping, testing and implementing practical HR business solutions • Solid understanding of Human Resources processes and procedures • Demonstrated experience with successfully introducing change into an organization through the implementation of systems.
