âą Own and manage Workday for the Perseus Division globally âą Collaborate with other tenant owners to govern Workday âą Document and maintain HRIS end-user processes and procedures âą Lead strategic planning for Perseus within the shared Workday tenant âą Provide HCM user support through documentation and training âą Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices
đŻ Requirements
âą 10+ years in HR technology leadership âą Proven experience managing Workday globally within a division of a multinational organization âą Workday Pro certification in one or multiple HCM modules, preferably in Talent / Performance Management, Time & Attendance and Advanced Compensation, or related experience âą Well versed with Workday HR subject matter functional expertise including business process design, data transmission (EIB), testing and other troubleshooting support âą Experience in designing and prototyping, testing and implementing practical HR business solutions âą Solid understanding of Human Resources processes
