📋 Description

• Act as a single point of contact for designated employees and/or business units • Proactively support HR process delivery and manage assigned HR projects • Serve as a preliminary manager contact for employee relations issues and involve the Director of HR as appropriate • Conduct new-hire onboarding for designated groups • Assist with administration of company benefits for designated groups • Support and partner with the Payroll Manager as needed • Maintain and use Workday (HRIS) and Paylocity • Provide training to employees and managers as required • Build strong business relationships with internal clients • Ensure compliance with legislative practices, identify gaps, and propose and implement changes • Provide general HR support and assist with assigned HR projects • Manage OSHA logs and workplace safety, including workers’ compensation claims

🎯 Requirements

• Support designated employees and/or business units as a single point of contact • Experience with Workday (HRIS) and Paylocity use • Knowledge of employee relations issues and escalation practices • Knowledge of benefits administration • Knowledge of payroll support processes • Ability to provide training to employees and managers • Knowledge of legislative compliance practices • Ability to manage OSHA logs, workplace safety, and workers’ compensation claims
