📋 Description

• Lead the technical implementation, customization, and enhancement of LabWare Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) • Collaborate with client subject matter experts, business analysts, and project managers to translate laboratory requirements into scalable technical solutions • Implement LabWare LIMS modules including ELN, Charge Manager, Enhanced Visual Workflows, and Plate Manager • Build, code, unit test, and deploy LabWare LIMS functional solutions following SDLC and recognized programming standards • Configure and support instrument interfaces with LabWare LIMS for automated, reliable data capture • Develop prototypes for business review • Deliver custom analysis and reporting features with cross-functional client teams • Diagnose root causes of process failures and debug technical errors • Optimize existing LIMS configurations and implement process improvements • Participate in technical reviews and project meetings • Manage competing priorities independently in a remote environment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience with LabWare LIMS (v7 and v8) • Deep expertise in LabWare Industry Template Solutions, such as Pharma Template and Public Health • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (Chemistry, Biology, etc.) or Information Systems, or equivalent practical industry experience • Proven experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies • Experience with instrument interfacing • Experience with ELN integrations; ELN v3 is a plus • Strong analytical problem-solving abilities • High self-motivation for remote/independent work • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to undertake limited travel
