• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration) and 10+ years of experience, or equivalent work experience. • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects across multiple technical disciplines. • Advanced leadership, mentoring, and strategic planning skills. • Experience in workforce planning, resource management, and organizational development. • Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in a relevant field. • Experience in a nonprofit or DoD government contracting environment. • Familiarity with DoD standards, policies, and procedures. • Proven ability to drive technical innovation and excellence across divisions. • Experience supporting business development efforts, including proposal writing and capture management.
