📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding • Oversee employee lifecycle activities such as performance management, promotions, transfers, and offboarding • Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees • Lead HR initiatives to improve employee engagement • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and analytics • Support the development and implementation of HR programs

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English (verbal and written) • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience working for a US owned, shared service, BPO companies • Knowledge of standard HR practices, employment regulations, and compliance requirements • Strong organizational skills • High attention to detail • Excellent project management skills
