• 2+ years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant role, with experience handling clients from the US and UK. • Bachelor's degree preferred, with experience working remotely. • Proficient with current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and G Suite applications. • Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and time management skills. • Familiarity with online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar). • Experience with design tools like Canva. • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
