📋 Description

• Prepare agendas and develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines for each project and project phase • Keep building management apprised of project progress • Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews through conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction phases • Assist with selection, contracting, and oversight of consultants and construction teams • Review requisitions, change orders, and project invoices; confer with clients and property management on costs and impacts • Support marketing services to clients as requested • Cooperate with building/facility personnel to achieve quality, service, cost, and profit goals • Report major problems, findings, results, and recommendations to the immediate supervisor • Advise management and obtain approvals for organizational changes, additional commitments, and expenditures exceeding approved budgets • Work with client representatives onsite and coordinate with property or facility management teams • Collaborate with account managers, building/facility management teams, clients, owners, and other stakeholders • Maintain high qualitative and quantitative work standards and continually improve field knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture • Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role • Minimum of 5 years project management experience required • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity, especially experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees • Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred • Communication proficiency, oral and written • Relationship management • Leadership • Multi-tasking • Technical proficiency • Consultation • Organization skills • Time management • Adherence to corporate, building, client, and government policies, laws, regulations, building codes, and safety regulations
