• Drive new and used equipment sales across the Quebec and Maritimes territory, including tools, equipment, and CTOS rental offerings • Prospect, cold call, and develop new customer relationships • Conduct needs assessments and deliver consultative sales presentations • Develop quotes in partnership with CTOS estimators • Close new business and manage delivery of trucks and equipment • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers • Build and manage a full sales pipeline • Plan and organize daily and weekly sales activities • Perform market analysis and segmentation to identify key prospects • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and product offerings • Resolve customer issues and recommend solutions • Track all activity, opportunities, and results in Salesforce • Submit regular call reports, territory plans, and sales forecasts • Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Fluent bilingual (French and English) • 3–5+ years of outside sales experience within: • Utility equipment • Vocational or medium/heavy-duty trucks • Construction or agricultural equipment • Equipment rental or fleet sales • Proven track record of new business development and sales growth • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently • Comfortable managing performance metrics and revenue goals • Valid driver’s license
