• Communicate product and clinical benefits of Barostim therapy to cardiologists, heart failure/hypertension specialists, and cardiac/vascular surgeons • Facilitate trainings and programs on proper application of Barostim therapy for clinicians, office staff, and hospital staff • Provide technical support and troubleshooting during implant procedures, follow-up procedures, titrations, and patient office visits • Work with Territory Managers to develop market-specific plans communicating technology benefits • Develop and execute plans with Territory Managers, physicians, and site staff to launch CVRx programs at new customer sites • Drive utilization and expansion of Barostim therapy through disease-state education and therapeutic program development • Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business • Meet healthcare providers to identify clinical needs, goals, and constraints and provide feasible solutions • Adhere to sales management processes and reporting systems, including maintaining accurate device and programmer records in Salesforce • Provide backup support to other field staff as needed • Work alongside Territory Managers, ATMs, and Area Sales Directors to provide clinical support for CVRx Barostim technology and business applications
• Must reside within the South Orlando or West Palm Beach, FL area • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience with products for cardiology or cardiac surgery therapeutic devices; heart failure experience prioritized • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively manage relationships with key customer groups and CVRx staff • Ability to master medical and surgical concepts and active implantable medical device technology • Independent, self-motivated, self-starter with drive and persistence to introduce novel technology to the market • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently • Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn Salesforce, content management, learning management, and other systems • Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. comfortably • Ability to travel 60% or more; some overnights may be required • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation • May be required to be fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus and other diseases
