📋 Description

• Design and implement efficient, scalable solutions meeting business requirements and quality standards • Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers • Provide input on technical feasibility, performance optimization, and scalability • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices • Communicate and coordinate with team members and contribute to technical decision-making • Support adoption of best practices, technologies, and tools • Participate in code reviews, tech talks, workshops, and knowledge sharing • Implement complex features and enhance existing functionality • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers • Lead design, development, and modernization of enterprise-scale healthcare platforms • Partner with Product, Architecture, Security, Operations, and Engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, resilient applications

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience working with enterprise solution delivery in a large-scale distributed environment • 7+ years of hands-on Java application development experience, including modern Java ecosystem frameworks • 5+ years of Java and Springboot development experience • 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise cloud initiatives and cloud computing technologies • 5+ years of designing and developing modern microservices and cost-effective APIs • 3+ years of experience working on CI/CD Pipeline automation • 3+ years of experience working in an Agile-based development environment • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
