• Build and execute product roadmaps for oncology, rare disease, and other high-cost therapies • Develop cost-management and population-health programs, including formulary and coverage strategies, prior authorization, care management, engagement programs, and value-based arrangements • Inform clinical strategy and provider/member journeys using BCOP expertise • Define and maintain drug lists, clinical workflows, and clinical rules • Monitor drug pipelines, utilization, and pricing patterns to develop innovative spend-management strategies • Share product updates, guideline and pathway changes, utilization trends, and study information with internal and external stakeholders • Lead clinical committees and clinical governance across the product portfolio • Co-lead clinical workflow development with product owners and partner with clinical operations and technology teams • Develop tools and processes improving clinical content effectiveness, quality monitoring, and continuous improvement • Serve as an internal oncology subject-matter expert and represent the organization at conferences • Identify opportunities for clinical journal and research publications • Develop innovation and program goals, identify risks and mitigation strategies, and deliver presentations translating analytic insights into actionable solutions • Set vision, gain alignment across teams, and maintain accountability for results
• Oncology practice / health system experience • Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) • Ability to manage multiple projects and work with many teams in a matrix-style organization • Ability to frame complex problems and develop solutions addressing multiple interests with minimal guidance and direction • Advanced impact and influence skills; ability to influence and establish rapport with senior and junior colleagues • Ability to travel 1–2 times per year • Preferred: 3+ years of experience developing and owning healthcare innovation products • Preferred: in-depth understanding of managed care and overall marketplace dynamics • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
