📋 Description

• Maintain steady state and deliver new enhancements for existing and new Anaplan models • Gather and translate business processes into functional and technical requirements • Create wireframes and mockups • Provide application and enterprise reporting • Provide user support and training • Identify trends and resolve issues • Align key stakeholders and ensure frequent communication and collaboration • Identify innovative Finance automation technologies and use cases • Collaborate across peers to ensure governance processes are effective and repeatable • Drive and track measurable results using agreed-upon KPIs • Communicate effectively with all levels of management • Bridge IT and Finance processes to present clear and concise information across the enterprise • Drive change across stakeholder groups and build effective internal relationships • Identify process risks, issues, and mitigations throughout the project lifecycle • Identify and source Finance optimization and automation opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of Financial Systems Consulting experience • 2 years of strong understanding of Anaplan’s architecture and capabilities • Direct experience working with or being part of a center of excellence • Experience ensuring governance standards are met and continuously improved • Experience collaborating with IT teams • Stakeholder management experience • Broad knowledge of Finance process taxonomy, including Capital Planning, Revenue Planning, Budget & Forecasting, and FP&A • Knowledge of Finance and accounting processes and relevant systems • Strategic mindset and ability to recognize opportunities beyond existing business processes • Strong understanding of current business, downstream implications, and cross-team collaboration needs • Planning, delivery, and support skills across execution and delivery • Growth mindset, agility, and ability to develop yourself and others • Adaptability in a constantly changing environment • Knowledge of Process Improvement and Delivery methodologies such as Six Sigma and Agile • Knowledge of Finance value drivers across business segments • Knowledge of Application Delivery Lifecycle • Knowledge of industry best practices in Finance, Anaplan, and COE • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
