📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate all audit activities from start to finish • Serve as the main contact for clients, auditors, and internal business partners • Review and respond to auditor questions, including rebate-related issues • Research and resolve audit findings and claims-specific inquiries • Track audit progress and ensure all deliverables are completed on time • Identify control gaps and recommend process improvements • Escalate issues to senior leaders when necessary • Maintain accurate documentation of all communications and audit activity • Oversee multiple complex client-requested rebate audits • Coordinate the full audit process and ensure accurate, timely responses related to pharmacy rebates

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of audit or pharmacy rebate experience • Strong understanding of pharmacy rebates • Excellent critical thinking and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly • Strong project management and organizational abilities • Comfortable working under pressure with clients and auditors • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through • Project management experience preferred • Knowledge of rebates preferred • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce preferred • CPA, CIA, or MBA is a plus • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Ability to work 40 hours weekly
