📋 Description

• Work as part of the Retail Customer Care Call Center supporting Pharmacy Care Team and Inventory Control programs • Assist patients with their pharmacy needs • Present and enroll patients in various pharmacy services to improve levels of care • Interact with CVS pharmacy staff and other care providers to streamline the prescription experience • Receive inbound calls from CVS retail pharmacies • Accurately record non-preferred drug orders • Provide order status information as requested • Deliver outstanding customer service in alignment with standard operating procedures • Complete virtual training

🎯 Requirements

• Resident of Alaska, Arizona, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas or Vermont • Active Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence • Ability to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in Rhode Island via application form and fee (formal training not required) • 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment • Proficient to advanced PC skills, including MS Windows-based applications • Ability to complete all required training programs • Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required
